This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on The Aurion's (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below:


Processing Time

  • All orders placed through our store are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed wittin 2-3 business days.

  • During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or unexpected events (e.g., logistics disruptions, customs congestion), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

  • United States

    • Estimated delivery time: 6–12 days from dispatch.

  • Europe (EU and non‑EU European countries)

    • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 days from dispatch.

  • Rest of World

    • Delivery times vary by region and local carrier performance. A reasonable estimate will be shown in your tracking information and order confirmation where available.

Important notes:

  • These are estimated timeframes only, based on typical international shipping performance.

  • Actual delivery times may be affected by:

    • Customs inspections and clearance procedures.

    • Local postal service delays.

    • Public holidays, extreme weather, or strikes.

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Shipping delays caused by factors outside our control do not automatically entitle you to cancellation or refund.


Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply when your parcel enters your jurisdiction.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:

    • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or controlled by us.

    • We cannot refund customs duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your authorities.

If a parcel is refused, returned, or held by customs due to non‑payment of duties/taxes, incorrect information, or other local regulatory issues, we may not be able to issue a full refund. Each case will be assessed individually.


Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the expected window (for example, significantly longer than 12 days to the US or 10 days to Europe), please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will either:

    • Reship the product at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a refund,
      depending on the circumstances and your preference where reasonably possible.


Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and handed to the warehouse, it may not be possible to change the shipping address or cancel the order before dispatch.


Policy Updates

We may amend this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in logistics partners, regulations, or internal processes. The policy displayed on the website at the time of your order applies to that order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
